Item is as described, solid and a little on the heavy side with brushed metal surface & the lights work fine. I will be using this with front camera (not selfie mode) and a few angles are a little hard to get but I can work around it. The layer of rubberish coating where the camera clip base is is peeling off but I don't think it will impact function of item. Beware of where you clip the lamp though, the inside of the clip edge and the lugnet screws are exposed and will damage the surface edge of where you clip the lamp, especially wood surfaces.
